Budget signals or timelines should be included when relevant.
Repeated requests to the same recipient after decline are not permitted.
Enforcement
NI-AI Trust & Safety may rate-limit, flag, or block outreach at any time.
Violations can result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.
