Do not use ContactedIn to send spam, conduct mass outreach, harass, or harvest data.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.

3. Contact requests
Contact requests must follow the Contact Request Policy: clear opportunity type, reason, and next step.
Abusive or low-quality outreach may be rate-limited, blocked, or removed.
4. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you post to your profile. You grant us a license to display and process it to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers
ContactedIn is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific outcome, introduction, hire, deal, or investment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContactedIn and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in Canada.
